Pretty Soon, Kids On Nauru Will Be Playing 'Doctors & Nurses'....
They might have to..... considering the way professional medical staff are being 'deported' from the island......
It has a nice ring to it, hasn't it...... being 'deported' from a place of indefinite detention, and a refugee centre at that.
Who Cares.... about Carers who care (deliberately phrased like this!)
Doctors are increasingly being forced, by the way the systems on Nauru have been set up by the government, to be a major part of the problem.
As doctors working on Nauru, we thought we were helping.
Now I know we were not.
The ongoing human rights travesty that is indefinite mandatory offshore detention is antithetical to medical ethicst
